We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

Orders $10.00 and under: $5.00 Standard Shipping
Orders $10.01–$80.00: $7.50 Standard Shipping
Orders over $80.00: Free Standard Shipping

We plan to introduce Express Shipping options in the future.

Processing & Production Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

For custom orders, production times may take up to one month or longer depending on the complexity of the project. Once your custom order has been completed, it will be shipped on the following business day.

Please note that processing and production times are separate from shipping transit times.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. KLYN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KLYN is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
