Refund & Return Policy
At KLYN, every item is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. We take pride in the products we create and strive to deliver each order in excellent condition.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and its original condition.
- The item must be returned with any original packaging and tags, if applicable
- Your return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges
To qualify for a return:
- Items that are not damaged or defective
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal preference regarding design, style, color, or fit
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Items that have been worn, washes, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by KLYN. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage to the product itself, return shipping instructions will be provided by KLYN.
Shipping Damage
KLYN is not responsible for damage to external packaging caused by the shipping carrier. However, if the product itself arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
Refund Process
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. After the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
